I'm the co-founder and CEO of Good Trouble Labs, an applied AI lab building Mido – an engine for clear decisions. It helps product teams understand their users, so what they build is shaped by understanding rather than guesswork.
Before this, Good Trouble was a games studio, where we built AbleToPlay – the easiest way for gamers with disabilities to find games tailored to their needs. Earlier in my career, I designed accessible products at YouTube, co-founded a design agency called Vault Labs, and made stage visuals for some of the biggest names in music.
My love for building and creating is deeply rooted in having survived cancer in my teens. Playing games got me through that experience and kept me uplifted. It taught me the timeless importance of creating things that bring others joy.
